    If you don’t read this then I pity you. This is a non profit book. All the speeches and conferences he does he does for free. He just wants to reach out to as wider audience as possible and help them to live healthier happier lives.

    A very thorough and good 📖 (definitely worth buying to be able to use as a reference book).😃🖐There was only one thing I missed since this book advises against eating meat, poultry, eggs, fish, etc. and there was information about vitamin B12, which is probably as important as folate (you can develop both physical, cognitive, neurological and mental symptoms due to a B12 deficiency... and these symptoms creep up).So if you thinking of going Vegan or eat less meat, etc., please read 📚 up on B12 and take B12 supplements (if you have a god "storage" and uptake it can take up to 5-10 years to develop a deficiency). You can get really sick and many doctors don’t know about optimal levels. So keep an eye out for B12, Folat, MMA and Hcy in your blodwork. More B12 info: Look up Sally M. Pacholok, she has written books and is talking about B12 in videos and different podcast.I talk from experience, (last year I lost my ability to walk for weeks (+ 30 other symptom)). Bette now😊
